UPON INITIAL INSPECTION FOUND FAN OPERATION NORMAL AND CONDENSATION TO BE NORMAL TO BE CONSIDERING HI HUMIDITY 76%OUTSIDE AND HI TEMPS CURRENTLY FEEL LIKE TEMP OF 106* UNITI IS ALSO IN A CUBBY LIKE AREA WHICH APPEARS TO GET NO AIRFLOW. UNIT TEMP WAS SET TO LOWEST SETTING, SET TEMP TO TEMP OF 38* AND RECC CX TO KEEP TEMP AT THAT TEMP TO TEST AND VERIFY UNIT FIXES ITSELF, BUT ALSO INFORMED CX THAT UNIT WILL HAVE CONDENSATION BUILDUP DUE TO HI HUMIDITY AREAS. I CURRENTLY DO NOT HEART FAN MOTOR FAILURE AND OR CAN VERIFY EXCESSIVE CONDENSATION RELATED ISSUES. UNIT APPEARS TO BE OPERATING AS DESIGNED."
